MEMORANDUM OF DECISION de PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR ORDER RE: REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES POST JUDGMENT (126)
The court finds that the plaintiff did not confer with the defendant on an ongoing basis. Her testimony was vague and at times somewhat contradictory. The court has evaluated the evidence and concludes that the plaintiff's claims for reimbursement are not proven.
