CORRECTION TO MEMORANDUM OF DECISION DATED AUGUST 23, 2002On page 2, second paragraph, the third sentence should read as follows: "In 1975 De La Concha entered into a fifteen year lease with Aetna Life Insurance Company, predecessor to defendant Aetna for retail space in the Civic Center."
