MEMORANDUM OF DECISIONThe Court has received from the Respondent a report dated January 22, 2002 advising that the surgery ordered by this Court has been completed. A copy of said report is attached hereto. Although the Respondent is ordered to continue with appropriate medical treatment, there being no further relief to be granted at this time, the petition is dismissed.
