MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
Petitioner is seeking eligibility for parole at fifty percent completion of his sentence. In light of the decisions of this Court inGus Woods et al. v. Warden and the fact that Petitioner's crimes were committed prior to July 1, 1996, the petition is hereby granted.
