MEMORANDUM OF DECISIONThis Court, having heard the Petitioner in open court, hereby dismisses the subject habeas petition. The Petitioner in this case is only seeking return of his automobile. Return of personal property does not involve a liberty interest, and, therefore, it is not a proper subject for a habeas corpus petition.

The petition is dismissed sua sponte.
