MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE: DEFENDANTS WTNH MOTION TO STRIKE SUBSTITUTE COMPLAINTDefendant, LEN Television Corporation, d/b/a WTNH News Channel 8's motion to strike substitute complaint dated June 20, 2002 is granted. The substituted complaint does not correct the pleading deficiencies addressed in the court's memorandum of decision dated May 21, 2002.
