ORDER

This order serves to memorialize the rulings issued during the hearing held in open court

on June 9, 2009. Accordingly, for the reasons set forth during the hearing, it hereby is

ORDERED that respondents’ Motion for Reconsideration of Orders Regarding

Discovery from the Guantanamo Review Task Force and Motion for Consolidated Order

Regarding Task Force Discovery [Dkt. Nos. 1755, 1756, 1757, 1758] are DENIED WITHOUT

PREJUDICE. It is further ORDERED that petitioners’ Motion to Strike Respondents’ Motion For Reconsideration

of Orders Regarding Discovery from the Guantanamo Review Task Force [Dkt. No. 1777] is

DENIED.
