ORDER This 24th day of September 2015, upon consideration of the parties’ briefs and the record below, we find it evident that the judgment of the Superior Court should be affirmed on the basis of and for the reasons assigned in the Superior Court’s well-reasoned decision denying the defendant’s motion for judgment of acquittal dated October 24, 2014.1 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the judgment of the Superior Court is AFFIRMED.
