Dismissal of this appeal is therefore deemed to be unopposed.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, under Supreme Court Rules 3(b)(2) and 29(b), that this appeal is DISMISSED.

The appellant filed the notice of appeal from his June 20, 2018 sentencing for a violation of probation on July 31, 2018. Under Supreme Court Rule 6(a)(iii), the notice of appeal was due within thirty days after the violation of probation sentence was imposed.
