PER CURIAM.

The petitioner, Henry Traficante, filed Iris suggestion for writ of prohibition and applied for a rule nisi thereon and the court having considered the suggestion, the briefs and oral argument of the petitioner and respondent, it is

Ordered that the application for rule nisi be and the same is denied and the suggestion for writ of prohibition is dismissed.
