Upon consideration of the stipulation of counsel for the respective parties, it is

Ordered that Sarasota Bank and Trust Company, a banking corporation, as curator of the estate of Sarah Grant Dunson, deceased, be and it is hereby substituted as party appellee in this cause in the place and stead of Sarah Grant Dunson; it is

Further Ordered that the appeal in this cause be and the same is hereby dismissed.
