The attorneys for respondents have filed a motion to quash the alternative writ of mandamus heretofore issued in this cause and upon consideration, it is

Ordered that the said motion be and the same is hereby granted and the alternative writ of mandamus in this cause issued on February 5, 1960, directed to the respondents, L. L. Parks and Harry N. Sandler, as Circuit Judges of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, be and the same is hereby quashed.
