Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The decree appealed is affirmed, without prejudice, however, to the right of the appellants to question, in appropriate proceedings, the validity, extent and effect of *910any easements or grants made by appellees, Johnny & Mack, Inc., and Miami Mercantile Center, Inc., to the City of Miami, to protect said appellants against loss of their reversionary rights in the property affected.
