PER CURIAM.

This appeal is from a summary judgment granted to one of the defendants in a foreclosure suit. Appellee’s mortgage was held *771to be superior to the mortgage being fore■closed by appellants. This court has examined and weighed the pleadings and the evidentiary matter bearing on the determinative facts and circumstances, in the light of the contentions raised by appellants, and has concluded that the chancellor correctly entered summary judgment in favor of the appellee.

Affirmed.
