The defendant appeals a final judgment based upon findings for the plaintiff at the conclusion of a non-jury trial. The only point raised is the sufficiency of the evidence to support one of the findings Gf the' *459trial judge. The record is not complete upon the point raised and we therefore affirm the trial judge upon authority of Greene v. Hoiriis, Fla.App.1958, 103 So.2d 226, 228.
