The judgment of the lower court is vacated on the authority of the decision of this court in the case of Trumbull Chevrolet Sales Co., Inc. v. Seawright, 134 So.2d 829, and this cause is remanded with directions to enter judgment for the plaintiff in replevin.

Reversed and remanded.
