This cause having been considered by the Court on the petition for writ of habeas corpus, the return of the respondent to the writ of habeas corpus issued herein and the response thereto filed by the petitioner, it is

Ordered and adjudged that the writ of habeas corpus issued in this cause on July 9, 1962, be and the same is hereby discharged and the petitioner be and he is hereby remanded to the custody of the respondent.
