This is an appeal by plaintiff below from •a summary final judgment entered in favor of the defendant in an action to recover damages for personal injuries and property •damages.

We have carefully considered the briefs •and record on appeal and have concluded that the appellant has failed to demonstrate '.reversible error. Therefore the judgment ■appealed should be, and it is hereby affirmed.
