PER CURIAM.

This appeal from a judgment which was entered upon a directed verdict is affirmed *863because the evidence was such that no view which the jury could have lawfully taken of it favorable to the party moved against could have been sustained under the law. Jones v. Royal Palm Ice Company, Fla.App.1962, 145 So.2d 887.
