PER CURIAM.

This case is a companion case to Nicholson Supply Co., Inc. v. First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Hardee County *443et al., Fla.App., 184 So.2d 438, in which we affirmed the trial court with opinion.

We also affirm in this case.
