PER CURIAM.

This appeal from a summary final judgment questions the correctness of the lower court’s construction of a contract for the *312purchase and sale of a motel and its furnishings. We have examined the record, read the briefs and heard oral argument and conclude that the summary final judgment was correct.

Affirmed.
