Lott v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The defendant, Frances Malcolm Lott, appeals a judgment of conviction after trial by jury of robbery for which she was given a life sentence.

The court has carefully considered the record on appeal, briefs and oral argument of counsel for the defendant and the Assist*701ant Attorney General. From such consideration we find no reversible error.

Affirmed.

WALDEN, C. J., ANDREWS, J., and WILLSON, JESSE H., Associate Judge, concur.
