Florida Inter-Island Shipping Corp. v. Willson International, Ltd.

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

In this action by an owner of cargo against a carrier, the plaintiff recovered judgment and the defendant appealed. We have considered the contentions of the appellant in the light of the record and briefs and find them to he without merit. The issue of damage to cargo in transit was tried on conflicting evidence. The judgment is supported by competent evidence which it was within the province of the trier of facts to accept.

Affirmed.
