Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

This is an interlocutory appeal. It challenges the correctness of a trial court judgment which, in effect, construed a lease. We have examined the judgment, the lease and the record in the light of the *444appellate presentment and can find no error or basis for reversal.

Affirmed.
