PER CURIAM.

Our review of the requisitioning papers from South Carolina, under the Uniform Interstate Extradition Act, Chapter 941 of the Florida Statutes, F.S.A. convinces us, contrary to appellant’s assertion, that a crime has been substantially charged, and we therefore affirm the discharge of this writ of habeas corpus.

Affirmed.
