PER CURIAM.

The appellants have failed to demonstrate error under their first point. See Halifax Construction Co. v. Chastain Groves, Inc., Fla.App.1966, 192 So.2d 15. They have also failed to demonstrate error under their second point. See Florida Investment Enterprises, Inc. v. Kentucky Co., Fla.App. 1964, 160 So.2d 733.

The judgment appealed from is therefore affirmed.
