Fowler v. Anderson

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The complaint in this cause alleges sufficient facts to make it apparent that the appellee was acting within his judicial authority as a judge, and although maybe a little over zealously, no liability for his action attaches and the trial court was not in error in dismissing the complaint.

Affirmed.

JOHNSON, C. J., and CARROLL, DONALD K., and RAWLS, JJ., concur.
