Harris v. Atico Financial Corp.

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from a summary final judgment for the defendant in an action brought by the plaintiff-appellant to recover a claimed broker’s commission for the sale of securities. After an examination of the record in the light of the briefs and oral argument we hold that the trial judge correctly determined there was no genuine issue of material fact and that the appellee was entitled to a judgment under the law as set forth in Shuler v. Allen, Fla. 1955, 76 So.2d 879.

Affirmed.
