Koengton v. Koengton

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We have examined the record and fail to find reversible error or basis for disturbing the final judgment entered in the trial court. The judgment is affirmed with directions upon remand to consider the application of appellee’s counsel for an award of reasonable attorney’s fee for work done subsequent to the award of $5,000 on February 20, 1968, and until the entry of final judgment on December 23, 1968.

Affirmed with directions.

CROSS, C. J., and WALDEN and REED, JJ., concur.
