Gentry v. Gentry
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided March 13, 1970 · Cross, Owen, Walden
232 So. 2d 402; 1970 Fla. App. LEXIS 6811 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Gentry v. Gentry

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The husband was granted a divorce and the wife challenges primarily the sufficiency of the evidence in support of the final judgment. We have examined the record and considered the briefs and argument of counsel. Based thereon we are satisfied that no error has been made to appear and that the judgment is adequately supported by the proofs.

Affirmed.

WALDEN and OWEN, JJ., concur. CROSS, C. J., dissents, without opinion.
