PER CURIAM.

We have reviewed the records and the briefs in this cause which is a consolidation of two separate appeals and on the basis *645of the briefs and the record it is our conclusion that the appellants have failed to make error appear. Accordingly, the judgment and sentence in each case is affirmed.

Affirmed.
