PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of the record, briefs and oral argument herein, it is our view that the issues in this case are controlled by this court’s ruling in In Re Adoption of Vincent, 219 So.2d 454 (Fla.App. 1969). Accordingly, the judgment appealed herein is
