Slaton v. Slaton

246 So. 2d 583; 1971 Fla. App. LEXIS 6806 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Slaton v. Slaton

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The issue presented on this interlocutory appeal is whether or not the trial judge committed error in denying a motion to compel answers to certain questions put to the appellee in the course of his deposition. The record, the briefs, and the oral argument leave us with the view that no abuse of discretion has been demonstrated. The order appealed from is, therefore, affirmed.

WALDEN, REED and MAGER, JJ., concur.
