(dissenting):

I respectfully dissent. Appellants-plaintiffs appeal a final judgment entered in *465favor of appellees-defendants on the pleadings in a cause of action on an account stated. Appellants sought leave to further amend the complaint which was denied. I would reverse and remand allowing the appellants opportunity to further amend, Baird v. Continental Insurance Co., Fla.App.1970, 237 So.2d 206; Stephens v. Dichtenmueller, Fla.1968, 216 So.2d 448.
