PER CURIAM.

Appellant, plaintiff below, takes this appeal from a final summary judgment entered in favor of appellees.

Upon careful examination of the record on appeal it appears that there are genuine issues of material facts which preclude the entry of a summary judgment.

Reversed and remanded.
