Carter v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

In view of the fact that appellant has served his sentence of one year, which expired September 1971, the appeal appears to be moot; and for that reason it is dismissed sua sponte by this court.

LILES, A. C. J., and McNULTY, J., concur. MANN, J., would affirm on authority of Steinhauser v. State, Fla.App.2d 1969, 228 So.2d 446.
