We have carefully reviewed the record on appeal and the briefs filed herein, and our consideration thereof requires a conclusion that no error was committed by the *499trial court in accepting appellant’s plea of nolo contendere to the lesser included offense of manslaughter. Accordingly, the judgment and sentence imposed thereon is affirmed.
