Spicer v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

This Court’s time has again been wasted on a frivolous appeal. Pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), appellant was afforded the opportunity to file a brief in proper person. He has failed to do so. The judgment of the lower court is affirmed.

SPECTOR, C. J„ and RAWLS and JOHNSON, JJ., concur.
