Elsberry v. Jacksonville University

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from a final judgment which dismissed appellant’s complaint with prejudice.

The record on appeal, briefs and oral argument herein having been fully considered, and it appearing therefrom that appellant has failed to demonstrate that the judgment appealed is erroneous, the said judgment is therefore affirmed.

RAWLS, Acting C. J., and WIGGIN-TON and JOHNSON, JJ., concur.
