Fretwell v. Wainwright

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

This is a delayed appeal by habeas corpus. We have carefully reviewed the record, the excellent brief presented on behalf of the appellant, and carefully considered all points therein contained. On the basis thereof it is our view that no harmful error has been demonstrated. Accordingly, the judgment and sentence appealed is affirmed.

Affirmed.

REED, C. J., and CROSS and OWEN, JJ., concur.
