PER CURIAM.

This is a companion case to that of State of Florida v. Earnest, 265 So.2d 397, in which a decision has this day been filed. For the reasons and upon the authorities set forth in the companion case, the judgment appealed herein is reversed and the cause remanded for further proceedings.
