267 So. 2d 387; 1972 Fla. App. LEXIS 6157 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Lewis v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The sole point on this appeal challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support appellant’s conviction of assault with intent to commit murder in the second degree. From our review of the record, there appears to be ample evidence to support the conviction. The judgment and sentence from which this appeal was taken are affirmed.

Affirmed.

REED, C. J., and WALDEN and CROSS, JJ., concur.
