Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The court has carefully considered the record and briefs filed in this appeal. The record reveals that the defendant received a fair trial and was found to be guilty of aggravated assault. No prejudicial error occurred. The appeal has no merit. Therefore, the judgment and sentence appealed from is affirmed.

Affirmed.

REED, C. J., WALDEN, J., and MELVIN, WOODROW M., Associate Judge, concur.
