Wade v. Monroe County

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Plaintiffs-appellants, William E. Wade and Harry J. Kangieser, seek review of the lower court’s' order granting defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint with prejudice. This cause has been orally argued before the court, the briefs and record on appeal have been given careful consideration and appellants having failed to demonstrate reversible error, abuse of discretion or a misapplication of the law by the trial judge, the order of the court below is affirmed.

Affirmed.
