PER CURIAM.

We have reviewed the brief filed by the Public Defender on behalf of this appellant and appellant’s pro se brief as well as the appeal record. Based thereon, we hold *388that the issues raised by and on behalf of the appellant are without merit.

The judgment and sentence are affirmed.
