Ordered, upon mandate of the Supreme Court of Florida issued January 28, 1972, and now lodged in this court, that the mandate of this court issued January 29, 1971, is hereby withdrawn; the opinion and judgment of this court filed December 11, 1970, 242 So.2d 769, is hereby vacated; the opinion and judgment of the Supreme Court of Florida, 257 So.2d 550, filed January 26, 1972, is made the opinion and judgment of this court; and the order appealed is hereby affirmed.
