Frakes v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The single question presented on this appeal is whether or not the trial court committed prejudicial error in denying appellant’s motion to suppress certain evidence. We have previously been called upon to pass upon the legality of this same search. See Culnane v. State, Fla.App. 1973, 277 So. 2d 80S, filed May 8, 1973. Our review of the record in the light of the arguments on this appeal confirms our prior opinion.

Affirmed.
