Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Upon a review of the record on appeal and after consideration of the briefs and oral argument of the parties, we are of the opinion that the final judgment should be *320modified by the deletion of paragraph two thereof. See Steinhauer v. Steinhauer, 2S2 So.2d 825 (Fla.App. 1971).

In all other respects the final judgment is affirmed.

Affirmed, as modified.
