281 So. 2d 50; 1973 Fla. App. LEXIS 7602 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

U. I. P. Corp. v. Kranich

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

At first blush this case gave us considerable pause, not the least cause for which was the excellence of the brief and oral argument of appellant’s counsel. Upon *51careful consideration, however, we are persuaded that the trial judge committed no demonstrable reversible error. Accordingly, the judgment appealed from should be, and it is hereby, affirmed.

LILES and McNULTY, JJ., concur. MANN, C. J., concurs in the result.
