St. Clair v. Sam Davis Contracting Co.
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided August 29, 1973 · Boardman, Hobson, Liles
282 So. 2d 646; 1973 Fla. App. LEXIS 7565 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

St. Clair v. Sam Davis Contracting Co.

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We have carefully examined the record in this case, which is wholly incomplete. On the basis of what we have before us we cannot say that the appellants have demonstrated reversible error. We are compelled, therefore, to the conclusion that the trial judge was in a better position to decide this case than we are and we will rely on the presumption that he was correct.

Affirmed.

LILES, A. C. J., and HOBSON, and BOARDMAN, JJ, concur.
